Hello,
Staying there for the first time for a long weekend in May 24.
Already applied a SUA to be upgraded to a King Suite.
Understood the many comments here that it’s not really a suite (don’t mind that much as no children on this trip so don’t really need the separated leaving room) and more annoying that it’s on the lowest floor with no view and little light.
So would definitely love a further upgrade to a 1 Bedroom Suite (ideally City View).
What’s the best strategy? Send them an email now? Wait for check in? Ask if I can secure it with points?
