This basically summarizes the entire debate on the PHNY.

Globalists don't love the PH because of lack of true suite upgrade, but those without Globalist continue to book PHNY because it's the only true luxury Hyatt hotel in NYC that's bookable on points. Isn't it one of the most redeemed Hyatt properties in the world?
