thanks for your response! Unfortunately that won’t work as they are insisting on it needing to go back to T3, as they don’t sell Cartier in T5 (as Cartier have a stand alone store in T5)

so I really need to be in the T3 store.

of course they won’t take it back in London either - it’s infuriating!!
