I am.not minimizing it. It was downright awful, and AS should be made aware, since it was their ticket. My point is that an awful experience doesn't violate any law, rule, or regulation. Unless I am missing something there is absolutely nothing any agency can or will do. We don't allow our government employees to take action against anyone without an established authorization from Congrees or the regulation process to do so, no matter how many of us agree that this was rephensiable behavior.
I think a thorough social media trashing is called for here.
