I am one of the unlucky individuals that booked Lufthansa and got relegated to Eurowings Discover for a September flight. I have been watching the transatlantic flights and they are frequently late. I'm talking 1-3 hours - is this airline unable to run an on-time schedule? What I am noticing is that a flight will be ~5 hours late and then the delays continue cascading for days as they fly the plane late to other US destinations.

Their online IT is terrible as well. For a while it would not let me select a seat on LH web site. Now it will and shows the seat selection is free with no prices on any seat until you reach the end and are presented with a bill. I can't wait for the actual in-flight experience now.
