Crediting missing AVIOS from partner flights help
I'm trying to claim missing Avios flights from a LATAM and then an Avianca flight to IB using the IB website. Not only is the claim page only in Spanish but it will not recognise my email address corresponding with my IB Plus number. It is beyond the most frustrating thing ever to have such a small task make so complicated. Has anyone any good advice on how to get past this (preferably out of experience?)!!
