I'm brand new to Frontier....do things always change this often around here?

New GWP early booking fee: "NEW! Plan ahead & book select flights early, simply search & choose GoWild! when available. A GoWild! Early Booking Charge may apply"
I just checked and for ONT - MIA the fee was $13.02 (strange amount?)

I booked a flight the last time early booking was available and now I see it changed from a 6:00 AM departure arriving the same day, to a 9 PM departure that makes me spend practically the entire next day at the connecting airport and arrives just about 24 hours later than my original flight. I can change the new flight if I pay more $ for a non-GWP fare. I'm REALLY regretting getting the pass and I haven't even flown yet.
