This thread is hilarious. For the last few years, all I've heard is how terrible it was that "I PAID for the hotel and am not getting daily service!" Now they announce daily service, and it is a borderline inconvenience here. You will never make everyone happy.

Personally, I'd love to see the return of lounges more than everything else combined and/or lounges being required by brand. For all of their faults, they were often a great experience. A solid breakfast at no cost, and sometimes drinks and/or snacks.
