There is no luck at the counter either, they can basically charge you your fare difference between the residual value under your fare rules for a cancellation and the best available business class fare. But of you are booked through your corporate TA, ANA is not going to touch the ticket.
I don't mind that they cancel and rebook a J on the day of. I just don't want to cause a stir with the TA. You sure they won't touch the ticket even when I'm there in person?
