I must inform you that we will only intervene for the items mentioned on the baggage inventory form. The amount offered is for both passengers

This is the response. They're paying C$1148.77 for only one passenger. They lost 4 bags that belong to 2 passengers.

what is my recourse or should I accept what I get?
