Write to SK using chat - go to sas.dk and find contact us (or something like that), and when chat is available you can see that you can chat with them. If they do confirm that it is 1 checked bag included, make sure you save the chat and show it at the airport if the issue arises.

I don't even know how 016 tickets on TK has 0 checked bags - TK doesn't have light fares on the long haul routes.

I was at OKA with a 016 ticket on BR, they called the station manager and he said that I'm not the only one that has that issue. He said UA really messed up and should never give people inaccurate information - he said this happens so many times and he even printed out my e-ticket from their system - 1 checked bag. I was even trying to check my reservation on BR but they didn't provide any baggage information so I assumed that it was the correct information on my UA e-ticket. I had to toss things off (worth much less than $140) to avoid the checked bag fee (I have a hard time believing that UA will reimburse me for that). If I had paid for the extra checked bag, BR might refuse to interline my bags all the way to CPH. BR uses weight concept and TK uses weight concept, and they don't know how much more *G can bring (it's 30kg + 20kg), and our total was 91kg.
