Not sure if there is another thread. I had an award booking through Asia Miles but with MH metal. Unfortunately had a scheduled aircraft swap from an A330 to a B737 and reclining business seats rather than lay flat. Cancelled the booking ($120 USD fee...which they couldn't waive). Called and cancelled, paid the cancellation fee via the email link and points were refunded into the account within a few hours.
