Something prompted this letter to be written. Many points in the letter are true in that it feels like Hilton has lost its way, especially some brands, like Hilton Garden Inn.
Will QA inspections get tougher?
Are they on the cusp of debranding a bunch of properties that are dirty and otherwise not being run properly? Remember the past Hampton purges, or the various Holiday Inn purges of the 90's/00's (I forget)?
I hate to think it is a whole lot of nothing... it was issued for some reason...
