As noted above, light rail has some planned disruptions this weekend. Otherwise, it's a safe walk at 9pm, though there is a slight incline on the way to the Hyatt. Take the Nordstrom exit from Westlake Station (pro tip: board the middle door of the second train car at SeaTac--stand to the left of the north escalator at the platform)

Uber/Lyft is likely closer to $60-70 these days. Flat rate taxicab to 98101/98121 should be $45+tip. Check with the attendant at SeaTac to make sure you get a flat rate cab.
