I personally wouldn't have an issue with it. You'll walk by Pacific Place and it's just around the block from there. We've walked that area a number of times at that time of night and no issues. A bigger concern is the timing of your visit and using light rail. There is some construction/repairs on the tracks that will have service disruptions starting this weekend for a few weeks. There will be shuttle buses running from the Sodo Station north (I think to Westlake), and some reduced service too. Here's the release from light rail.

Technically you could get off at Sodo Station and grab an Uber there, but nnot sure what the cost difference (and added step) would be. If you're coming in before the 12th then the above disruptions aren't an issue.
