Couldn’t resist pork carnitas even if I was skeptical about the execution - turned out very nice! Green sauce had a decent kick to it too

I’ll second the 👍 for the tamale as I had it last night, on the same flight in fact. I was pleasantly surprised at the heat level of the salsa verde, too (wise of them to serve on the side). Good dessert as well.
