I'm not saying this is ok, but ZBF is a fairly isolated and extremely small airport.

To the extant before the recent terminal upgrade, you could barely fit 50 people in the secure side.

Aircraft refueling was done from a gas pump style system, no fuel trucks on field.


This wasn't ok, and catsa needs to be held accountable, but this didn't happen at somewhere like YYZ, YHZ or even YQM.....
