How to pay for an upgrade?

My company booked an Economy Class flight for me on ANA. It's still a couple weeks out and I want to pay for an upgrade to Business Class with my own money.

But for the life of me, I can't figure out how to do it.

I have a (newly registered) ANA account, my ticket starts with 205, and by logging in with the e-ticket number, I got as far as this screen (see below) with the "Request an Upgrade".

When I click the "Upgrade" button, I simply get the same red text again.

And if I click "To request an upgrade for ANA international flights", then I just get back into the same loop where it asks me to login with my e-ticket number.

Got any insight as to how I can upgrade? I honestly don't mind paying, but one thing I don't want to do is to call them and be on hold for 2 hours. My last resort would be to ask if I can pay for an upgrade at the counter when I check-in. But how likely is that (on a YVR-HND flight)?

Ticket number = 205**********
Fare class = W(Y)
Fare basis = WKX0ISOW
