Had a bit of a faff trying to get Premium economy seats reserved for free as an Emerald on LHR-HEL-LHR.

I tried chat first who told me I had to pay, then I tried twitter who said I could select for free, what did I want? When I replied they said despite the previous message I couldn't pick those as I'd have to upgrade to premium economy.

At the same time [MENTION=574139]WickedStepMother[/MENTION] was conversing with them on twitter, and they agreed to assign for her, so she asked them to do it for me too and they did.
Both of us can now select any seat in the premium economy cabin for free.
