Are not things I associate with KL's O product. The 2-2-2 configuration however is a pain if you're in a window pair of seats, as you either have to crawl over someone or have someone crawl over you. This is thankfully not the case on the 78X and 789 aircraft, and will become increasingly more rare on the 772/773 as they're being retrofit with a 1-2-1 too.
I'd much rather take the huisje and AMS. And granted, KL's cabin crew is hit-or-miss, but that's also the case for AF - you can always win the service (or no service) lottery on both.
