The diamond desk booked the Trapestry in the centre but a room for 2, which we found out when we got there. We had booked a room for 3 of us at the Rome EUR. They wouldn’t allow 3 of us in a room so had to book another room. Wife shared with daughter & I had a night on my lonesome for my birthday. I then had to change rooms the following day for the other 4 nights, at least I was now on the same floor.
The whole thing ended up costing a small fortune in points, I am over 300,000 points down. Had to even pay for the taxi between hotels.
Hilton in the past have treated me well but this was/is pathetic. Not happy.
