Looking across the BA Twitter account, baggage going missing and BA’s incompetence at being able to track items is a clear theme over the last few weeks. How does such a big airline manage to do this or not face fines for being such a mess?

Ensure you put an AirTag or similar tracking device in your checked luggage as it seems BA systems have no idea where some passenger luggage is!
