Several years ago someone sitting next to me had a kid and when the FA came around with the applications, the guy asked for one. The FA seemed very excited. He took it, gave it to his kid, and his kid started drawing on it with crayons. When the FA came back later to collect it, the kid was still drawing on it. She didn't seem pleased. I wanted to give both him and the kid a high five.
