BA193 wasn't cancelled, it changed number
According to flight radar this was serviced by aircraft G-STBC but flying under BA1193 (yes, extra 1) on 8 August:

It then flew back from DFW to LHR as the usual BA192. I can't see why BA wouldn't simply place everyone on the original BA193 on to the new BA1193
