No, not from NRT. Currently, there is no direct bus service from NRT to Futago Tamagawa. Looks like the option from NRT is to take N'Ex or Limousine Bus to Shibuya station. From Shibuya station take the Tokyu Denen Toshi Line commuter train to Futago Tamagawa or a taxi from Shibuya station to Futago Tamagawa. Another option will be to take Limousine Bus NRT-HND, then from HND take the Keikyu bus to Futago Tamagawa.
