Transiting Delhi to AA - Separate Tickets

Hi Folks,

Wasn't able to find a post related to this question - so here goes.

Considering traveling SIN-DEL on SQ (suites) and then DEL-JFK in F soon. These are awards and will be on separate tickets. I'm prepared to get a backup e-visa for India as necessary - if only to convince SQ I'm ok to fly out of SIN.

My question is does American support the Transit Connection desk in DEL - and if so is it separately manned by AA - and if so what hours are they available. (In HKG for example back in the day AA had it's own transfer counter and hours were limited to like ~4 hours before flight IIRC).

Also, as an alternative, does AA offer OCLI for DEL-JFK - and if so - will whatever security checkpoints there are in DEL International transit allow me to proceed without 'paper?'

Connection time is a little over 3 hours - but would really prefer not to clear immigration if not necessary.

Thanks in advance!
