Meanwhile, Singapore Airlines is refusing to give me the UA MP Number of the account citing "security reasons" for the account holder.
It really baffles me what security reasons there are when SQ is claiming that I credited it wrongly myself.
Thankfully, Turkish has slightly more common sense.
I've reached out to UA with the FFP Account Number and they said that the fraudlent account was frozen in April after the miles were credited to it. United CS required me to submit my information to UA Compliance to unfreeze the account and reverse the miles.
I wonder how well this will go.
