BA Holidays. Reclaim lost discount.
Hi all,
Tried to book a BAH last night which had 5% off until 8th August. Tried twice and both times got at the very end 'booking failed, but call us to help', was after call centre closing time though so had to call again in the morning. Phoned this morning and call centre agent said they couldn't last nights price even though I had a screen shot. Anyone had any luck in claiming this by email and what route into BA did you use? (Its about £600)
