Never flown them but just got some award seats on them for next summer. I transferred Amex points to Avios, taking advantage of the 1.3 bonus currently. Their IT is horrible -- way worse than Alaska or Condor. Call center was not able to help either. Gave up getting the ticket through Iberia.com and got it from BA.com.
