What's the incentive for me to choose the Tesla instead of insisting on the ICE car I originally booked? Sitting at a Supercharger for 20+ minutes is a clown show when I have to work vs. the 5 minute stop at a gas station. The range on the Tesla is way, way optimistic so I have to stop twice one-way on the longer road trips. Between the Tesla M3 being the cheapest car, the missing supercharger bills, and locally available free L2 charging, I was willing to put up with the M3 and favor it over ICE cars. Now I need a bigger discount on the M3 to continue to rent it.

I have a few hundred in supercharger bills that never passed through from Jan to May. My longer rentals involved driving 500 to 2000 miles. Thankfully I hedged my bet and charged on L2 for cheap or free all the time at the origin or destination. I also supercharged from 12am-4am for the discounted juice when I had the time in case they catch me. The one they got me today was in May.
