The free WiFi option should be there but unfortunately it often doesn't work and will say "reservation not found" even when you have entered your seat number and surname correctly.
In that case you should be able to get a refund OK but will have to pay at the time.
Is there a secret to getting refunds? Been a month now with no response from the email support.
