Possible to upgrade on AA-operated JL-marketed flight issued on JL stock?
Flying in Business (I fare) on a JL ticket from JFK to SFO in business. Am interested in using cash or miles to upgrade to Flagship First. Can AA do this when I check in? The flight shows in the AA app, but doesn't seem to offer the option to upgrade.
