I have two one way business class award flights booked on Etihad in November. I’m trying to add an infant an AA wants over $3,000 on one flights and over $1,500 on the other. The going rate of both flights are about $5,000 for business class. How is AA not getting the pricing correct if infant lap seat is 10% or fare?
please help!
