Update - refund of fast track, no email / phone call yet
Just an update for anyone following this - I haven’t had a phone call or email yet but I noticed on my American Express card today that Aegean have refunded the 2 x €6 fast track charges which was one of my requests in the complaint. I essentially said they could have at least honoured the fast track or the lounge access as a gesture of goodwill but the call centre agent said neither was possible so we just paid for the fast track ourselves (now refunded).
I’ll wait to see if they send an email reply within the ten days they say they aim to reply to all complaints by. They have two days left.
