Did a one night weekday stay for around $250 and the hotel itself looks pretty nice. Review above is spot on about most of the good/bad of the property. Will add a few things:
- Rooms are not sound proofed much (if at all). We had upstairs room and could hear everything from rooms next store and outside the room / pools etc.
- Location is pretty far from downtown which is good/bad depending on if you like it. Less road noise, but our friends staying on the other side of the property facing the road they could sometimes hear when cars drove by.
- Service was good as it wasn't too crowded. I bet weekends are packed so its much slower / worse then.

Overall would not use a cat 1-7 or pay 25k points but for mid $200s its not a bad option. I've stayed at the BW right down the street and think its about the same level as that with slightly more modern interior of the rooms.
