Getting a taxi from the bus station for the Old Parsonage is the best approach. I actually lived in the Old Parsonage for a couple of years when it was a B&B. We used to get thrown out in the summer so that they could let to tourists.
If you are at the Westgate Premier Inn then you are pretty close to the bus station and a taxi is barely worth it. The bus station and a taxi is probably right for the others.
