This may be a bit off-topic, but this thread is the most recent dealing with IFE.

I enjoy using the moving map while in-flight. As we get closer to the destination, I usually turn on the "cockpit view." Yet that always ends up disappearing as an option a few minutes away from landing (as do the side window views, I believe). Does anyone know why?
