Have a long haul flight, booked in economy in 2 weeks from USA to Zagreb via IST. It appears there are at least 4 business class tickets for sale. I dont see an upgrade as an available purchase when I open the App. How soon before the flights do they typically make upgrades available? and is the cost via the app the same as the upgrade cost at the airport?
