Terms & Conditions for Concorde "Farewell Visit" Fares between Boston or Washington D.C. and LHR

Offer available for sale until inventory is sold out. 7-day advance purchase is required. No minimum stay. Fares are based on round-trip purchase, are non-refundable and for travel on British Airways only. Concorde sectors (BA1215 on October 8, 2003 or BA1223 on October 14, 2003) are booked in A class. FIRST sectors are booked in A and Club World sectors are booked in I. Bookings must be paid for and ticketed within 7 days of booking or 7 days before departure, whichever comes first. Changes permitted for $250 fee, in each direction; outbound changes must be made at least 7 days before date of departure. Changes are not permitted after travel has commenced. Fares are subject to availability and government approval and do not include government fees and taxes of approximately $91.00 for Concorde/Club World or Concorde/FIRST combinations, plus the $2.50 September 11th Security Fee (US Dollars). R Class Concorde Fare Terms and Conditions (for travel to and from LHR and New York City JFK) Due to the overwhelming demand on our last Concorde flights for the months of September and October, please note the following changes on the R booking class Concorde fare terms and conditions:

For all reservations originating and booked in North America for travel on or after September 1, 2003. All reservations must be ticketed prior to 7 days before departure. For reservations made within 7 days of departure, tickets must be issued at the time of booking. Tickets will be non-refundable and non-changeable within 7 days of departure. British Airways will cancel reservations that have not been ticketed prior to 7 days before departure.
