When travelling my HK SIM is not always active or working, making it impossible to get the OTP.

So getting the DM queue is impossible.
Just spoke with a GZ agent, they claim that the OTP is to replace the 4 Security Questions asked by agents when accessing account-related enquiries. You can simply skip the OTP by pressing "0" and your call will still be prioritized as DM (or your tier) and connected to an agent, just that they will have to ask the 4 questions later.
