Called about United Explorer after 1st year annual fee posted 3 days ago. No retention offered. Downgraded to Gateway. Logged into UA website and can still see XN availability and the 2 United Club passes are still there. Not sure how long it takes before any changes would be make.
We also downgraded an Explorer to Gateway 3 weeks ago. The physical Gateway card already arrived last week but UA site still shows it as an Explorer. The passes still there too.
