Literally the second corporate code I tested gave me 40000 a night exactly and several gave me in the 60s, second week of Nov. So yeah, they are real. Not sure why anyone on here would lie about something like that. Don't be so defensive because people are trying to give you better information. Don't worry, no one is telling you that you can't stay there.
