Glera isn't Chardonnay. As noted, the Ferrari is 100% chardonnay, like any blanc de blancs. Aside from differences in dosage, there are a very small number of people in the world who can tell the difference between a grape grown in one plot of land vs. the other. They tend to already know which wines are made of which gapes.
