I made a couple calls but was told there wasn’t a problem with my seats. I can see my seats when I login and look at my reservation on the website but not in the app. I reported the issue to their app support and after a number of emails and screenshots back and forth they acknowledged the problem is with the app and are working on a fix that will be in the next app release. So far it’s been a while but no app update yet.
