Henkell Trocken is made with a mix of many grapes, and mostly contains
Alicante Bouschet, Pinot gris, Pinot blanc, and Riesling.
Being able to tell that apart from Champagne made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Petit Meunier shouldn't be too hard.
TWA884's hunch was that "
most of those who are complaining about the switch from Champagne to Ferrari Brut Trento DOC will not be able to tell which is which in a blind tasting" because both Blanc de Blancs Champagne and Ferrari Brut Trento DOC is made from 100% Chardonnay.
