If they're bothering to move this route to PHL instead of just canceling it altogether, hopefully they're going to just finish the FL already. Chase is also opening a Sapphire Lounge at some point in the next few months FWIW (though I think it's going to be over in terminal D?).
Chase will be in the D-E connector, I believe above where that security checkpoint is.
Haven't heard of the FL construction starting back up yet, but is definitely something they need to complete or at least turn it back into an AC if they truly feel they don't need an FL.
