Above comment was from a day flight from JFK. May have been different but I recently had the charcuterie plate on a day flight from from Boston and it was very substantial. Also the light meal prior to landing (ex Boston again) I find much better than pre pandemic.
I noticed one or two ingredients mentioned on the menu missing from the plate, with possibly one item substituted. Maybe another Frankenstein dish?
The light meal didn't really float my boat apart from the dessert, which ended up not being that good after all. I did consider having the Caesar or the Rigatoni off that menu to fill me up, but didn't in the end.
I ended up picking up a sandwich from M&S on the way home.
