I've been dealing for almost a month with trying to convince my new CIP into my business account.

Apparently the issue stems from a personal card. When I opened an IHG card about 6 months ago it created a new personal account for me on their end. Not sure how since I see it in my personal side, but if I select to organize by account type it is listed as a second personal category. They claim that card didn't have DOB on application (sounds impossible).

If they remove IHG from my business profile I can then add the CIP card. For some reason it now shows this card separate from the other cards for the same business. Now that they did this the can't get IHG card to show up again. Waiting for a call back from the resolution team about fixing my DOB to get it added.

So many hours wasted....
