What I am saying is, guests that are more modern and who are paying for Club access prefer to come as they are. That's why IHG new marketing campaign has pivoted towards "Guest how you Guest". Old fogy like us who believe that the club lounge should be a place of calm are people who are in the place of progress. We should be more open minded and make way for new ideas and for the new generation, who may not think like us, or have the same hospitality mindset as us.
