If my AMS flight ex BCN is late, I will propose that they rebook me via CDG but being an AM ticket, I am not sure if they will accept it.
There is a daily AM flight from AMS to MEX; I think it's far more likely you would be rebooked onto that.

Prepare for a long day in Amsterdam!
